Cristian Neagu
Director of Recruitment
Cristian is a former soccer player and coach with over 20 years of experience in US college and professional soccer. He coached the top soccer programs at Stetson University and the University of North Carolina, among others, which he led to two consecutive NCAA Final Four appearances.
He currently leads the Strive Soccer Academy in Tampa, Florida and serves as the primary athlete placement and mentorship manager for Strive Scholarships.
Daniel Kuper
Co-Founder
Daniel gained valuable experience as a player and student at Wingate University in North Carolina, which is among the top 25 in the NCAA Division II rankings.
He has also gained experience as a coach, including at FC St. Pauli and in the USA at the Strive Soccer Academy, the USL Academy of The Villages SC and the U17 and U19 teams of the Clearwater Chargers in the MLS Next.
At Strive Scholarships, he is responsible for athlete placement and
responsible for care.
Paul Osemann
Co-Founder
Paul has been working as a coach for over ten years, from 2020 to 2023 he worked at FC St. Pauli, where he coached the U17, U19 and U23 in the athletics area.
With his company Power Athletic Performance, he trains professional athletes and develops individual athletic programs.
At Strive Scholarships, he is responsible for the care and preparation of the athletes and supports them on their way to the USA.
